When done right, direct response drives ROI—it’s as simple as that. I’ve spent over a year formulating the right processes, A/B testing copy, writing landing pages, crafting SEO pages, ideating and executing paid ads, and driving click-throughs.

Most of the ads that I work on are derived from the three core value props of Zendesk: Meet customer needs, set your teams up for success, and keep your business in sync.

The landing page is where the real magic happens—and I wrote a lot of those. I always thought it was funny that the image with the hands was always the top-performer.
