For the last three years, Zendesk has released a yearly CX Maturity report in partnership with ESG Research as part of our anchor campaign program. In 2022, Zendesk rebranded the campaign without ESG in order to own the research and development and further its impact as a thought leader in the customer service industry. Enter CX Accelerator.

CX Accelerator is a collection of free tools and resources provided by Zendesk to help companies navigate the current business climate and accelerate their customer experience growth to the next level—while generating pipeline, leads, and impressions for Zendesk.

Here are some of the many promotional materials that provide entryways into the campaign content.

The entry and key selling point for CX Accelerator is the CX maturity assessment, which provides the basis for personalization.

After completing a short quiz, users are directed to the report hub where they view their results, access their report, and explore other CX Accelerator resources.

Within the report hub, users can access a paginated report tailored to their quiz results.

We integrated the existing Zendesk ROI calculator into the experience due to its popularity among our prospects.
