What could’ve been
Relate 2020 was set up to be one of Zendesk’s greatest events to date. Then 2020 happened. But we have plenty of these beautiful mockups from our Experience Design team to reminisce on what could have been. This blog post tells the full story.
Relate is Zendesk’s international user conference—it’s also the first project I worked on at the company. I was in charge of all emails to drive registration, communications with attendees pre, during, and post-event, and building hype around our showcases. Unfortunately, the event had to be cancelled last minute due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Here’s a snippet of the work:
